 Mo Willem's Pigeon returns to the bulletin board in this simple Christmas themed display.  Wires for the lights was made from winding green crepe paper. Every so often I would apply glue to a small section to keep the strand wound. This was a recreation of my 2019 bulletin board, don't let the Pigeon design the bulletin board. YIKES!
